For instance a "Milestone" in GitLab is a "Sprint" in agile terms. The only difference is that you can digitally create a "Milestone" in GitLab. You just have to call the milestone a sprint to everyone else. Another way of putting this is Agile terms are universal, implementation and features of managment technology isn't some tech will have different features and call them different things. So get used to the agile terms, but learn what they are in GitLab.
