Owned by the surviving human civilization. This map takes place in the Sublevel-7 of the Citadel (Which was also reverse engineered), 1.8 km below the surface. Down there, lies the Prototype Annihilation-Catalyzed Dark Fusion Reactor they've been working on for so long. tbh it's now one of my favorites maps in gmod, because I wanted map like this several years ago and now I have it.
