GMS 2 Tutorial - Making Music with Beepbox - GameMaker Studio 2 Tutorial
Hello everyone, in this GameMaker Studio 2 Tutorial video we learn how to make our own custom background music tracks using beepbox for a simple retro feel and ease of use. This is one of the many free resources we can utilize to put together our projects in an attempts to hand craft all of our own stuff. There are many ways to make your own music now and this is just one of the places you can go. In this video I'll give you a quick tutorial on how to use the interface at beepbox so you can quickly make your own music. Below is a link to the song I made, and you can use in your project, however I highly reccomend you spend a few minutes learning how to use this free online music maker to create your own background music tracks for your projects. We go over the GML code and steps to take your exported audio and put it into GameMaker Studio 2 at the end. Hopefully you enjoy this tutorial. In this GameMaker Studio 2 Tutorial series we're going to look at all aspects of being a solo indie dev. We're going to learn how to program using GameMaker Language(GML), how to make your own sprites, animations, sound effects, background music, tilesets, and basically everything related to making a game as a one person game studio. We're going to do all of this, one small step at a time, by learning one thing at a time. Eventually after making several simple (and probably crappy) games, we're going to try to make a game we can sell to make money. This should be a long running series and I'll try to make these tutorials modular, so if you miss one of these tutorials you won't be completely lost on the next few tutorials. I'm designing these tutorials to tackle a few simple things in each video (or maybe one big thing) so that you can hop around the playlist to freshen up on something you forgot how (or never learned) how to do if you get stuck. I hope you enjoy the GMS2 Tutorial series. blank project: www.beepbox.co My custom main theme for viewers: http://www.beepbox.co/#5s0k5l00e0ft7a7g0fj7i0r0w6111f3000d2111c1000h1000v0000o3210b4h4y8zcP8y8h4i8ycPcy8x4h8y8PcO8y4h4y8zcP8y8p23QFzY2110wF1k2A5gagmoZq2ED1pMcI6rwcFcczTp1lobcfeS0ppi32LvA5ptBstCXD0UXMr75V8ao-wwgl0F1k2A5gagmoZo2EB1oi0HI5JwHZceISsTcDeKo_jMbc41vUEbtQ6EW2PZHvDY_tD2k5ce0k9zM2w6g2z81g381hA0V0acw4e391jAwE1AwFE1jF1hA0L1AxO0eoY92wSMlQ0F1j8Ulp6CAmAl96CAao4Ywl96CAei0 If you've enjoyed this video please consider giving it a Like, Favorite and share.
