~ OPEN ME! ~ "Like" me on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/cherrylanesCCC "Follow" me on Instagram: @cherrylanesCCC Try my #BAKERGANG - Instagram Filter here: https://instagram.com/a/r/?effect_id=1150740911927005 Try my #BAKERGANG - Facebook Filter here: https://www.facebook.com/fbcameraeffects/tryit/817190848767561/ INGREDIENTS: - 1 1/4 cups plain flour (minus 1 tablespoon) - 1 tablespoon corn flour - 3/4 cup icing sugar (aka powdered/confectioners sugar) - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter (softened) - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 large egg white - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda - Zest of 2 limes (approx. 85g each) - 2 tablespoons lime juice - 130g white chocolate (for drizzling) Preheat oven to 170degsC, Bake for 10mins (in the middle of the oven on a convection/fan-forced setting) *MAKES approximately 65 biscuits (4cm x 4cm), when rolled out to 3mm to 5mm thick *STORE in an airtight container *The thinner you roll out your cookies, the quicker they bake!
