I use one statement affirmations (usually the video title; eg. ‘I attract love’ looped) + subject related frequency (eg. 528Hz for love) + possibly layered with a few related affirmations (eg. Love comes easily to me)
Repetition requires the brain, which makes your subconscious accept your desired thoughts/ assumptions as real and help with manifestation.
