This is 8 turns of 38 AWG (.1mm) wire being wound onto a Balun type core.
We could not rotate the core so we made a special fixture that allows us to hold the core steady for winding. This is just the first attempt so it will go much faster with improvements. We will add more room at the rear so we can wind the other side and the wire will not be crushed when in the rear of the fixture if both ends need to be wound. Also the hook needs to be lowered a bit.
