This workout is for people who are into contact sports, such as grappling, wrestling, Sambo, judo, boxing, etc. but, you are welcome to try this anyway, as it will increase your endurance and stamina! -Victor This workout seems to focus more on grip and compound movements that all will give you strong core, with all the endurance you could need in what ever situation you get into. Use a weight that is just a bit more then what you could easily do, not something heavy or too light. Id like to guess/suggest 15-20 reps, since it never stated the rep range. That will give you bit of a challenge. and obviously when you do this enough an the previous weight was too light, add 5lb (each side, or overall). and repeat. -Vitaly
