green salt

I wrote this song in February 2025 while walking to class one day. I noticed the road salt was sorta green in my area, which gave me the lyric "green salt on the sidewalk". It is about a looming breakup, where you can tell things aren't the same anymore but no moves have been made to end things, and everything will be like yesterday, stagnating until the inevitable break.
