In this session, students from Colorado, Idaho, Arkansas, and Philadelphia share real-world projects that explore cafeteria composting, food waste audits, waste diversion, compost competitions, and the connection between pollinators, local honey, and natural medicine. These presentations show how students are turning food-related challenges into meaningful sustainability action for their schools and communities.
