Here's a quirky jam with Mutable Instruments Grids and Plaits. It felt so good to quickly patch something up after removing the patch for the Modular San Diego live show. I had started but realized it was a fun "patch from scratch" and "two module challenge" example, so I took out the couple of cables I put in, pressed record on the camera and DAW, then restarted patching.
Over the weekend, I said I was abusing Plaits by making it generate a sparse and windy "drone" on the last patch. In this session, it has my full attention and, perhaps, is getting abused in another way. I suppose I could have used a mult or two to fill all the inputs and complete the "abuse" of Plaits. Maybe next time.
