In this video, we
1) Introduce a simple 1 arm group sequential design (With 1 interim analysis)
2) Show how one can calculate the joint asymptotic distribution of the test statistics (at interm + final analysis)
3) Write a small simulation in R to identify the proper significance threshold to control the overall probability of a type 1 error at 0.05.
