Asparagus is a unique vegetable in our garden, but also one of our favorites. It's different from most vegetables in that it needs a couple of years to develop from seed to harvest, but it can produce an annual yield for up to 20 years. This video shows how we grow bigger asparagus, and we compare certain areas of our beds.
