Growing Sunflower Greens

At first, Sunflower Microgreens are a somewhat challenging crop to grow, but mastering them is quite easy. In this ridiculously long Instructional video we cover everything you need to know - and a whole lot more - apparently. We show growing with weight atop the seeds, and without - and grow in two different Trays - our small Stainless Steel Sprouter and a 5x5 plastic nursery tray. We have tried for over a decade to make this particular Instructional film. Finally we have finished. I (Gil) apologize for the length.
