As a girl with chronic pain, sometimes my flares make me do a comfy/lazy look. Today my pain is really bad and my allodynia is so severe. Last night it was so bad I could barely wash my back and shoulders. Every time I touched the wash cloth to my back it felt like knives were being dragged through my back.
