High Accuracy Good Performance Hydrostatic Pressure Tester for PVC PE PPR Pipes Standards  ISO 1167  ASTM D 1598  ASTM D 1599  ISO 17456  ISO 9080 Application The static water pressure test is a test procedure for determining the strength of thermoplastic pipes to constant hydrostatic internal pressure at a constant temperature. The samples are tested either for a specified period or until they fail. The test duration is subject to the tension generated by the internal pressure and the temperature. GT-HPS series is mainly used to determine the resistance of internal pressure and time-to-failure (short-time) burst pressure of both thermoplastic and reinforced thermosetting/resin pipe at constant water pressure at constant temperature. The high pressure pump units and solenoid valves can be combined in a number of ways to enable large flow rates (this function is optional).  During the test procedure, the control parameters and the pressure control mode can be changed.  Suitable for not only plastic pipe, also cement pipe and other types of pipe & tube.  May recognize the pipe specification, and set the pressurizing rate automatically, it is applicable especially for large pipes and fittings. Software Features  With the functions of specimen pre-treatment, real time monitoring, test data storage, data power-off protection (memory) , as well as automatic failure detection.  It is intelligent to distinguish the size of sample & provide perfect pressure rising solution and algorithm.  For the pipes with big rate of expansion has the properties of rapid pressure rising rate and steady at constant pressure.  Protective measures are from electric part, mechanical part as well as software.
