Summary of Gameplay Effect
Walk up to an NPC.
Press F to pick them up.
Carry them around:
If you hold and release "drop" key. it will perform a throw/projectile state like you can fire the peds
Enjoy NPC-player dialogue while carrying.
Cannot immediately pick up another NPC until cooldown ends.
carry key can be change through .ini file
