https://amzn.to/3WFPfXj Canning Kit https://amzn.to/3Stqhrv Pectin Ellis Way- Easy Peasy Guava Jam Ingredients Guava Water Pectin Lemon Juice Granulated Sugar Ratio 1 Cup prepared fruit including the water it was cooked in 1 Cup sugar 1 Tsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp Pectin Directions 1. Soak then wash guavas in water. 2. Cut ends off and then quarter. 3. Add guava to pot and cover with water just until covered. 4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2o minutes. 5. Using a mesh strainer pour guava and water through strainer into clean pot. 6. Mash guava through strainer to remove seeds and skin. 7. Add all ingredients but do not add pectin yet. 8. Bring to a rolling boil then add pectin. 9. Reduce heat stirring constantly and simmer 40 minutes. At this point liquid should start to stick to the side of the pot and is ready for jars! Use proper canning methods!
