This fly has 1000 different names. Scintilla, bead wing, bead back the list goes on. All I know is that it works and this is how I've come to tie it. This is one of my favorite flies for then the trout are suspended and eating midge pupa. #flytying

Bead: Ds Flies Midge Size Bead Clear
6x Nylon or Fluorocarbon to Hold The Bead Down
Rib: XS Wire, Copper
Thorax: Chocolate Antron Dubbing.
This fly is a staple in my midge box. I like it in chocolate, grey and black.
