-Keeps the phone at a slight angle for the best view of pen on paper, and the base is not in view
-Perfect height to capture your lettering and also be able to see the screen (and always the same height for consistency)
-No need to use a clip or worry about clamping your phone, just set it on top
-Stable and not "wobbly" like some goose neck holders
