Hallucinating Protein Backbones and Sequences
Generating protein sequences and structures via network hallucination is covered in this video. Hallucination stages described here leverage and repurpose pretrained protein structure prediction models. Hallucination methods build on AlphaFold confidence as a scoring criteria pulling together many of the concepts described in this series. trRosetta hallucination paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9293396/AfDesign GitHub repository: https://github.com/sokrypton/ColabDesign/tree/main/af Protein Modeling and Design with PyRosetta and Machine Learninghttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLFavr8uo6kSqDB1cbXUDFZSooNk537teCVideo from the Rosetta Commons RaMP Bootcamp (July 2023)Instructor: Deniz Akpinaroglu (UCSF)Credits:Instructor: Deniz Akpinaroglu (UCSF)RaMP Director and Rosetta Commons Director: Jeffrey Gray (JHU)RaMP Program Administrator:Camille Mathis (JHU)Rosetta Commons Instructional Designer: Ashley Vater (UC Davis)Video Production: Elizabeth Bonilla (JHU) Funding: Rosetta Commons, National Science Foundation, and Johns Hopkins University 00:00 - Start 00:15 - Introducing Colab Design 01:46 Structure vs Hallucination 03:29 - Alphafold2
