Shoulder Workout Hammer Front Raise • hold two dumbbells at your sides with a neutral grip. Keep your arms extended raise your arm in front of your body until your hand aligns with your shoulder & the dumbbell is at eye level. Hold here for less than a second, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
