Hamsterley - Section 13 revisited

It's ages since I've ridden Section 13, and those trail fairy's, the Hamsterley Trailblazers, have been doing their magic and given it a spruce up. Similar to the glow up on Transmission they have left some of the rocky bits on the down slopes, but the approaches have been really nicely smoothed out - making it easier for the intermediate riders, but leaving plenty of rough stuff if you like that kind of thing! There is a new trail being built at Hamsterley as we speak and if you visit the Trailblazers you can find out a bit more about it, and, like we did, make a donation to help them with their great work. If you do come across the new trail on your rides please don't be a knob and ride it until it is ready. There have been some eejits riding it before its even had the surface dressing applied, damaging their work and delaying the opening for more considerate riders.
