I was out in London promoting hypnosis and my comedy rave hypnosis stage hypnosis. My first stop of the day was a young woman. This is the hand drop induction, sometimes called the eight word induction. It’s a rapid induction and one of my favourites although I’m pretty clumsy here and don’t like to lurch in that way usually.
