Doing a townhouse renovation that went into foreclosure. Big water leak issue that resulted in mold. The mortgage company had a remediation company handle the attic but didn't consider the flooring. While tearing up the laminate, I discovered a good amount of mold.
In a situation like this, where there's a substantial amount of mold, I will always request that a remediation company be brought in. It's the right way to do it.
