Handstand pendulum:
Wonderful exercise training core, shoulders, arms and balance. Building a strong and stable handstand.
1. Place hands slightly wider the shoulder wide
2. Split legs
3. Shift the weight from one arm to the other
4. Dip the leg down until contact with the block
5. Repeat the movement to the other side
