ChargePoint Technology recently unveiled their brand-new, cutting-edge material handling solution at ACHEMA 2024. This innovative system is reflective of the increasing industry efforts to revolutionize safety and efficiency in drug manufacturing.
Hanningfield were pleased to provide our conical mill as part of this demonstration for how robotics are beginning to shape the next era of material handling.
Detailed in the video below, the robotic system is shown docking ChargeBottles to the inlet, where connection is made via Split Butterfly Valve.
The outlet container is then removed by robot and docked to a Gerteis Roller Compactor (again connection via Split Butterfly Valve). This loading and unloading sequence is completely automated by robot.
