A holiday favorite from Lucban, Quezon, this is a good recipe for negosyo.
Serves 7 to 8.
Ingredients:
Set A:
1 kg. ground pork (at least with 20% fat)
1 Tbsp. salt
4 Tbsps. white sugar
½ cup onions, minced
1 tsp. ground white pepper
Set B:
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
½ cup fresh milk or cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Set C:
1 cup carrots, minced
¾ cup red bell peppers, minced
1 cup pickle relish or pineapple, drained and crushed
¼ cup UFC Banana Catsup
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup green peas (optional)
For Toppings:
1 can pineapple chunks
1 pc. red bell pepper, sliced
4 slices carrots, florets
