Hatch Revisited - Some workarounds when doing floor plans

I received an E-mail from someone asking for some help. The problem was he was wanting to hatch the walls in a floor plan of a building and the program would not hatch. I have had a similar problem before when I have drawn floor plans. I can not guarantee this is the fix, but there is a good chance this is the problem and the fix. This is what I had to do when I had the problem. By the way, when I had the problem I was using one of the expensive proprietary programs. All CAD programs have to have the hatched area defined and over lapping areas "mess with the program's mind". It is just something you have to learn to live with and gain some experience doing. (Yeah, I guess I am saying "Tough it out") The link to the web page associated with this video is: http://create-and-make.com/librecad-hatching-revisited-hatching-floor-plans/ On that web page I have a link to the dxf I created showing step by step the work-around.
