A little back I watched my fellow homebrewer buddy Jake make hard apple cider on his YouTube channel (http://youtube.com/user/jakeanddar), and later try some of it on his Saturday night JTV cast (http://justin.tv/jakeanddar). It inspired me to try my own. So I picked up a 1 gallon jug of organic unfiltered apple juice from my local Central Market, and some Red Star bread yeast (I do have wine yeast in the fridge, but wanted to go "inmate brew" style with this one, and wanted a yeast that would eat less sugar), and try my own hand at this.
Anyway.. this isn't meant to be an instructional video, just a short documentary on what I did.. Enjoy. :)
