After making the mistake of doing a session of head down non-coached in my new suit just prior to this, we have a split session of head down and stag work. Originally I thought I'd have more gas in the tank to get that super positioning sign off but that was a no-go this time. A couple rounds of really mediocre head down docking led to switching it up to high speed head up carving practice (stag). Progression on that came decently well given it was my first time seriously going at it.
