A tutorial for the head orbit pattern. I apologize for my slightly sloppy patterns later on in the video, my hand should really be a bit lower down to emphasize that the ball is going around my head and not just circling above it. Lowering your orbiting hand adds difficulty to the trick, but also makes it more impressive.
