Join me as I begin my video documentary for healthy eating. Each new upload will include a simple recipe for a healthy meal that I enjoy regularly. They require minimal preparation and can be easily modified to your specific tastes. I am not a chef. I have very little experience in the kitchen. I welcome your comments and suggestions for new healthy ideas. Remember to eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and focus on nutrient dense foods (i.e. high micro-nutrients per calorie).
