A full hearing evaluation of LJ including case history, otoscopy, tympanometry, air conduction pure-tone testing, uncomfortable loudness level (UCLs), speech reception threshold testing, word recognition testing, bone conduction pure-tone testing, and a results overview. Testing was completed by graduate clinicians at the University of Nothern Colorado's Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Clinic.
