My friend Randall Avers wrote this piece for me. He told me his inspiration for the piece was a combination of one of the guitars I built (the one I recorded this piece with) and one of my compostions. Deeply honored that Randall wrote this piece for me. He is the best classical guitarist I know! He named it "Heimlaga" which is the brand name of the guitars i built. It means homemade in Norwegian and is a wordplay using my last name. My guitarbuilding studio is at my home as well.
