Hello...Fresh?

This is my unboxing of this week's order with Hello Fresh UK. Apologies for poor camera handling as I don't have proper videoing equipment. Also apologies to my heavy breathing as I have asthma. I stopped being a customer of Hello Fresh a few days after filming this when my final order contained a rancid onion, half the mint was dead whilst the other half was diseased, and the plums were still rock hard after several days and unusable. This is following a string of orders where I had missing or unacceptable ingredients during the course of 3 months where only 3 orders were complete with acceptable ingredients for cooking with. I'm now registered with another food company which is identical to Hello Fresh so I'll do an unboxing of them once I get my first order. Hello Fresh is a food company that is widely popular in the US where you choose each week what meals you'd like to prepare and they send you the ingredients and cooking instructions. The idea is to help eliminate waste as well as the need to shop around for ingredients which may not be available or only in bulk buy. However in the UK there's been a bombardment of complaints of missing or unacceptable quality ingredients, as well as the famous reputation of Hello Fresh's courier service Yodel for poor handling or losing of packages.
