Man, I can't believe it's been two years since my last syd/vaughn video. I can watch new shows and fall in love with other couples but these two will always get me on a whole different level. Whenever I need to see tangible proof of a love that conquers all and overcomes every possible obstacle, I always go back to them. As the song obviously suggests, I mainly focused on them being constantly there for each other, having each other's back and being overall "allies" - which is basically the main point of their relationship since day one and through the years. There was never a single moment in the show where they/we could question each other's support (and love). Even in the dark pit of season three, we all knew Syd was still IT for Vaughn because he chose her even when he wasn't supposed to (okay, not every time -3x17 ugh - but in the most meaningful times? You're such a boy scout, Vaughn, whyyy) and she always chose him. She never gave up on him and this, here, is love. ps: OMG yay for me vidding something else than BSG for once, I thought I'd never see this day (you too, I bet). Also, I'm going on hiatus so this is definitely the last loose end I had to tie before going mia.
