Hemocytometry is a process of cell counting. This is a method that uses a Hemocytometer which is a thick glass slide with grids that are used for counting. The method includes the use of diluting fluids to disperse the cells. Cells counted include White blood cells or Leukocytes, Red blood cells and Platelets.
