High And Low Temperature Impact Test

1. The high and low temperature impact test chamber includes three parts: indoor unit, air pump and outdoor unit. 2. Turn on the air pump and turn the air pump switch 90 degrees counterclockwise. 3. Open the outdoor unit control cabinet and turn on the red power switch. 4. Close the outdoor cabinet door, first click the pump operation switch on the control panel, and then click the compressor switch. 5. Click the power switch of the indoor unit to start the operation of the high and low temperature shock box. 6. Click the monitor 1 button in the upper left corner of the control panel to enter the directory interface, and then click the program setting button to set the corresponding test program according to the test requirements. Enter the corresponding numbers for high and low temperature settings according to the test requirements. The high temperature preheating temperature is 10 degrees Celsius higher than the test temperature, the low temperature preheating temperature is 10 degrees Celsius lower than the test temperature, and the exhaust air temperature is 25 degrees Celsius. The dwell time and the number of program cycles at each temperature can be set according to the test requirements. 7. Open the door of the laboratory box and place the test sample. 8. Return to the monitoring interface and click the start button on the indoor unit control panel to start the test. The control panel will display the corresponding status of the test box, the running time and the temperature in the test box. The indicator light below the control panel will also display the corresponding test status. 9. End of the test, take out the sample and return to room temperature for the next test. 10. Test completed, click the power switch to turn off the indoor unit operation, then click the outdoor unit compressor switch, then click the pump operation switch, and finally click the outdoor unit power switch. Turn off the air pump switch to stop the air pump running.
