Make sure you are in HD mode! listen to different mic on the same high-hat ,compare HDC mics to LDC's , compare omnidirectional mics(the DPA 4090) to cardioids. listen how similar are the RODE NT5 and the Berhinger B5 ... and tell me what you think.
