This high speed packaging system operates at a cycle time rate of 56 packs per minute.
Sets of four battery packs are placed by a robot onto the conveyor system.
The batteries are inspected by a camera for defects. Erected Trays are then automatically conveyed to the pick positions. Battery Packs are then load into the Tray in a vertical orientation
Finally, the loaded Tray is conveyed to the pack-out station
