High Speed Ring Machine with Butt Welding

MARS has designed and developed Automatic High Speed Ring Machine with Butt Welding. The machine is controlled by a PLC and the programming can be done on HMI. This machine can produce 20 rings per minute. The accuracy and repeatability of the machine matches the product requirement. Annealing - The machine has added feature for annealing the part after welding. This can be programmed as per the product requirement. The machine can run unattended and is very user friendly.
