This is a bodyweight HIIT circuit exercise routine. 10 exersizes targeting the various muscles in the body. 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. Good for martial artists, and anyone, to help stay in fighting shape. At 50 years old I use this workout to keep me fit and able to continue competing in full contact martial arts competitions.
