If you struggle with compressing the golf ball, or aren't getting that dead solid feel, that grabbing feeling of the club gripping the ball, then you may be coming into the ball at the wrong angle of attack. With this also comes shaft lean. When you combine the right angle of attack with the proper shaft lean, this is what aids in ball compression. Not only with compression but divot creation and impact glide.
