From Lena: My brother Sanford Markley, my husband Kevin James and I recently collaborated on this music video of a song called HOME by Karla Bonoff. Originally we created this video as part of a fundraising effort for Hope Connections, an organization dedicated to bringing free support to cancer patients, caregivers, friends and family. Now, as I reflect on the lyrics of this song, I believe it can speak to anyone who is going through a rough patch in life. Imagining ‘Home’—wherever or whatever that place is to you—can bring comfort, courage and strength when you need it most.
For the three of us, HOME was working together to create something meaningful.
