Gone are the days of poor-quality EEPROM programmers that plug into computers! Sure, they're fast and easy, but I have a crappy one based on a knockoff Arduino MEGA, and it doesn't even work! So, I have built a device to solve the problem. It's slow and clunky, but it gets the job done.
