..Raspberry Ruffle Bites..
Ingredients
150g Desicated Coconut
100g Dark Chocolate
2 Sachets Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly
8 tbsp Condensed Milk
1. Mix Coconut and jelly sachets in a bowl
2. Add Condensed milk to coconut and jelly mix, make sure all of this is mixed together well.
3. Break chocolate into bite size chunks and put into a microwaveable bowl and heat for 20 seconds, take out and mix then back into the micro again. Do this until chocolate is melted and has no lumps.
4. Take a small baking tray and add raspberry mixture, press mix down flat into baking tray.. you want about 1 inch thickness.
5. Pour over melted chocolate and smooth out.
6. Pop into the fridge overnight or if you can’t wait minimum 4 hours.
