Homemade White Bread
Here's the recipe! 1 cup Water 1 Tbsp Sugar 3 cups Flour 2 Tbsp Oil 1 tsp Salt 1 packet Active Dry Yeast Combine 1 cup flour and the dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine water and oil and heat to 120- 130 degrees. Add liquid to the dry mix. Mix in a mixer on low speed then beat on medium speed. Slowly add the remaining 2 cups of flour to form a firm dough. Knead dough on slightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, make sure all sides of dough are lightly greased and cover. After about 40 mins, push 2 fingers into risen dough. If holes remain it is risen enough to to shape. On slightly floured surface, knead to remove air. Roll and pat to shape a 14 x 7 rectangle. Starting with short side roll up and press sides closed. Place in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cover and allow to rise until indentation remains after touching. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 mins.
