Ingredients
(A) Boiling to soften lotus seeds:-
1. 100g Dried lotus seeds (add 1 cup of water for 1st boiling)
2. 200g (2 cups) water (for boiling to soften lotus seeds)
(B) Paste:-
1. 60g (1/3 cup lesser) Sugar
2. 50g (1/4 cup) Vegetable oil
3. 8g (1 tbsp) Glutinous rice flour + 2 tbsps water
Cook over low heat for 25 minutes, cooking time may vary as it is as a guide.
