Hook Grip: My Deadlifting Cheat Code (Ben's Coaching tips Ep.7)
Today we are tackling some of the basics of the hook grip. I switched all my top sets this last training block to the hook and my deadlift finally felt like I was able to access all the work I've been putting in for years. If your pull is stuck and you can't seem to figure out why. This might be something to try out and see if it puts the up, down, up, down, B, A, Start into your deads.
