Horror Minecraft, But Drops Are Random!

In this video I've added every Minecraft Horror Mod to a world where all drops are randomized. This means that every time I break a block it will drop something completely random and unexpected. My mission is to conquer Minecraft and all the horror mods by beating the game, but can I do it with random drops or will the horror mods defeat me?
